Walk-ins are accepted, but calling ahead is recommended, especially for a first visit. Please call +82-31-426-8310 during opening hours.

Bring your passport or ARC (alien registration card). Korea's National Health Insurance covers part of the cost for some Korean medicine treatments; if you are not enrolled, treatment is still available at private rates.

What to expect on a first visit

Intake and consultation with a Korean medicine doctor, including pulse and tongue examination.
Discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and any medication you currently take.
A treatment plan is proposed and explained before anything is administered.

Korean medicine is a licensed medical profession in the Republic of Korea. Practitioners complete a six-year university programme and hold a national licence issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. It is regulated separately from, and practised alongside, conventional medicine.
